SECURITY To insure the privacy and protection of Lake Emerald residents and guests, there is a 24 hour attended security gate with additional property patrols. Residents may also gain access through two additional gates (on either side of the lake) by use of an electronic transmitter. Additionally, the entire property is enclosed by a six foot fence, seven foot hedges and beautiful flowers and greenery abound! To further assure the overall quality of life at Lake Emerald, a screening committee meets with every resident and performs a background check including credit history, personal references, income verification. At the completion of this application, every resident must attend an orientation meeting to become familiar with the policies and rules of the Owner's Association.
